When they are not here, their well-being and mental health is still very important to us.
Navigating life as a young person or teenager can be complicated and confusing, but luckily there are countless websites, organisations and charities that offer great resources for anything from mindfulness to nutrition to mental health support and how to get a better night’s sleep.
We would like to make sure that you have access to any support you may need, which is why every week, right here on our website, we will be introducing an organisation that can offer support, information and resources for a variety of topics.
