Introduction to our Outreach Support

We are firmly committed to building a partnership between the home, host school, and our mentors to develop shared expectations and support their S.E.M.H needs to achieve excellent outcomes. We accomplish this through regular communication throughout their time at SB Mentoring and collaboration with professionals within the local authority, such as SEND, Social Care teams, and CAHMS.

We pride ourselves on being able to offer packages bespoke to each learner. Through outreach, our students receive unique opportunities specifically tailored to their interests. By providing a range of vocational qualifications, we support our students on their journey, ensuring a positive pathway to a brighter future and transition.

All outreach students can be supported in their homes or their local community.

TE is changing and has become engaged again

I can’t thank you and everyone at SB mentoring enough for how TE is changing and has become engaged again. He had a great chat with me over the holidays, telling me again how everyone is so nice, understanding, and explaining things to him;  specifically mentioning that they don’t shout and raise their voices and keep everything calm! I feel his barriers caused by environments that gave him such stress are finally being broken down! I hope you all know what a fantastic job you are doing and what a difference it makes!
