Weekly Highlights

Halfway through the term our students are nowhere close to slowing down!

March 14th is International Day of Mathematics! As part of that our students completed a Maths scavenger hunt revisiting some important Maths skills using QR codes hidden all around (and outside) the building.
They did a fantastic job and of course got some prizes!

A huge thumbs up to AF who has been working on his Sports and Fitness ASDAN short course for quite a while now!
Today, after months and month of hard work he finally double checked it was all ready and sent it off!

This term our students are building planters and hopefully doing some gardening so two of our students went on a little trip to Whitehall Garden Centre today on a mission to find some flowers that would look nice, be hardy enough to survive the cold spring and would bloom and stay pretty for a long time!
We found some beautiful flowers…before getting a little distracted by the animals!

It wouldn’t be a normal week at SB without some lovely smells coming out of the kitchen!
Our students made some cupcakes to support the Marie Curie Great Daffodil Appeal, of course in matching daffodil yellow! Marie Curie supports individuals and their loved ones who live with terminal illness. Have a look at their website here.

We hope you have a good weekend!
